If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order it’s not possible to cancel or modify an order. This also means we cannot remove an item from the order or modify any associated information such as names, address, or payment information.

If you no longer want an item or order you have placed, you have the following options:

  • Accept the order upon delivery and process a Self-Serve return.
  • Accept the order upon delivery and contact us to arrange a return.

We will show you how to can place an online order:

1. Find the item you wish to add to your cart.

  • You can click the search bar at the top and enter any word to describe the item.
  • You can search the item in our categories by clicking PRODUCTS above the search bar.

2. Upon finding the item you wish to buy, click on the image of it to see more details to ensure it is the item you wish to purchase.

3. After validating that this is an item you wish to buy, you can click ADD TO CART seen on the right.

  • A pop up window should provide you the choice between continuing shopping, or going to your cart to proceed with the transaction.

4. When done adding all the items in your cart, you can click on the cart icon at the top right to proceed to the checkout.

  • Ensure the proper items and quantity are in your cart. You can modify the quantity or click “remove item” if you no longer want it.

5. Click CHECKOUT to proceed to your delivery address and payment.

6. Fill out all the necessary information such as the billing and shipping address.

7. Then select the payment method and input your information.

8. Click PLACE ORDER to submit your order.

9. A confirmation page should appear letting you know the order has been properly submitted.

You should also receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes with the details of your order

If you’re wondering why you didn’t get your refund yet, it may be due to the processing time. It may vary from 1–10 business days depending on return method.

Note: MasterCard debit and Visa debit refunds may take longer.

Certain items will have discounts when bought in large quantities. To find out if your purchase qualifies for a large-quantity discount, please reach out to us via email or by clicking “Live Chat” icon at the bottom right to speak to one of our chat agents.

Your order confirmation is very likely on its way. Due to the high volume of online orders being placed you may experience a slight delay in receiving the initial email, up to 24 hours.

To verify if the order has properly been processed, we would recommend to contact us.

If the order does not show up using this method, please contact our Customer Service team via email.

We’re sorry that you received the wrong item. To resolve this, you can either contact us via email or via live chat by clicking the “Live Chat” button at the bottom right of this screen.

The information we’ll need from you is the following:

  1. Your Order number
  2. Your Full Name
  3. Your Phone number
  4. Item you did not receive
  5. Any of the following information about the wrong item you received:
  • Name of the item
  • Item number
  • General description of the item

If you received your product and it was dented, scratched, bent, or damaged in any matter, we will gladly take that item back from you for no extra charge. Please contact us just clicking here or by clicking “Live Chat” icon at the bottom right to speak to a chat agent. Please have the returning product in the original packaging. Feel free to replace a new order for the replacement item when it is convenient for you.
